About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer with a few years of working experience who wants to build, ship, and learn fast.
You'll join a team working on a B2C product in banking - where trust, clarity, and usability really matter. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and a senior designer to explore ideas, prototype quickly, and turn them into real products.

About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer with a few years of working experience who wants to build, ship, and learn fast.
You'll join a team working on a B2C product in banking - where trust, clarity, and usability really matter. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and a senior designer to explore ideas, prototype quickly, and turn them into real products.
What you'll do
- Design and iterate on real product problems - not just concepts
- Work side-by-side with developers to ship continuously
- Prototype, test, and refine ideas quickly and iteratively (often before everything is fully defined)
- Help shape requirements as you design, rather than waiting for a full spec
- Use AI tools for design and vibe coding (Figma AI, Lovable, Claude) to move faster from idea to working product
- Learn how product decisions connect to user value and business impact
About you
We think you might be a good fit if you
- Have a few years of working experience
- Have the ability to be hands on with details at the same time as you have an eye on the strategy and long-term roadmap
- Want to be involved from early concept to working product - not just the design layer
- Are data driven and customer centric in your decisions
- Enjoy prototyping in code, or are curious to learn
- Are drawn to complex problems where details matter (finance, healthcare, logistics, etc.)
- Are curious about how things work (tech, product, users)
- Are comfortable working in an iterative, sometimes messy environment
- Experience working closely with developers
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Bonus
- Experience in fintech or other complex domains
- Side projects, experiments, or things you've built on your own
