Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Technician

What You Will Work On

Manage and maintain network information within DP-Power

Register, update, and correct electrical network asset data

Create and quality-assure documentation for power distribution facilities

Ensure documentation complies with established standards, processes, and guidelines

Support accurate and efficient management of network information

Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper information flow

Participate in process improvement and documentation optimization initiatives

Maintain high standards of data quality and traceability

Support infrastructure projects with documentation and information management expertise

Assist stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing network information

Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices and workflows

What You Bring

Post-secondary education within Electrical Power Engineering, Distribution Networks, or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience working with electrical network documentation systems

Strong knowledge of DP-Power

Experience maintaining and managing network asset information

Understanding of electrical distribution networks and infrastructure

Experience following structured processes and quality requirements

Understanding of project workflows and operational processes within utility environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
