Job Description:

As a core member of the Payroll team, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the HR Operations Hub Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing payroll data and taking care of end-to-end payroll activities for employees (blue and white collars) located mainly in Sweden, but also in Norway and Denmark
• Delivering payroll-related tasks in accordance with regulations and overseeing maintenance of payroll records
• Handling employee inquiries, also from internal stakeholders and authorities
• Assisting with internal, external and statutory audits
• Supporting with annual processes such as bonus and salary review
• Driving and contributing to continuous improvement projects within area of responsibility

Your Background

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Payroll
• Understanding of Swedish payroll; tax, social security & labor law
• Solid SAP HR skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, control and customer servicing skills desired
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and effectively drive results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Sound knowledge of Swedish and English
