Mechanical Engineer

SENNA is hiring Junior and Senior Mechanical Engineers

SENNA is an Engineering & IT firm operating in Sweden. We are looking for junior and senior Mechanical Engineers in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Mälardalen.

You will contribute to the design, development and testing of mechanical components and systems. Your responsibilities will reflect your experience and may include concept development, detailed design, prototyping, technical documentation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical components, assemblies and technical solutions.

• Create and update 3D models, technical drawings and bills of materials.

• Select materials and consider tolerances, manufacturing methods and assembly.

• Support design reviews, prototype testing and technical improvements.

• Collaborate with suppliers, production teams and other engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, CATIA, Siemens NX or similar CAD tools.

• An understanding of technical drawings, tolerances and manufacturing processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish is an advantage.

For junior candidates, we value a solid technical foundation, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Senior candidates should bring proven experience in mechanical design and the ability to take ownership of technical tasks.

• Experience with PDM/PLM systems, sheet metal, machining, plastics and simulation is particularly relevant.
