Our vibrant office in central Stockholm is the hub of our collaboration and culture, providing a lively space that fosters team spirit. We come together in the office three days a week, with two flexible remote days. To be part of our team, it's essential to be based in or near Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Hemnet's marketing strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on innovation and market leadership.
- Drive integrated marketing excellence: Develop and implement an integrated marketing framework that leverages digital channels, performance marketing, and brand storytelling to create cohesive customer experiences across all of Hemnets customer groups.
- Champion brand evolution: Refine and evolve Hemnet's brand strategy, ensuring market differentiation and strong brand loyalty.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team and across the Hemnet organisation.
Qualifications
- Extensive (10 years+) experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing within a competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a focus on measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
