Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Marketing & Communication Specialist to support strategic marketing and communication activities within a global Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket organization.

What You Will Work On

Define and drive long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with the MGT business strategy

Develop and lead messaging strategies for global markets and customer segments

Create and maintain go-to-market concepts together with sales teams, commercialization managers, and R&D stakeholders

Benchmark industry best practices and competitor marketing approaches

Ensure alignment between product line marketing and corporate communication standards

Support implementation of AI-supported and automated marketing methods

Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across global marketing teams

Coordinate development of marketing materials and media assets

Support communication activities related to product launches and campaigns

Manage content, documentation, and approval workflows across digital platforms and portals

Support event coordination, user conferences, training activities, and marketing logistics

Contribute to customer engagement and communication initiatives throughout the product lifecycle

What You Bring

Senior-level experience within marketing and communication roles

Excellent communication and professional writing skills in English

Experience developing strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working with sales organizations, product marketing, and corporate communication teams

Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural environments

Experience benchmarking market trends and competitor strategies

Understanding of AI-supported and automated marketing methodologies

Strong organizational, coordination, and project management capabilities

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Experience from industrial, energy, engineering, or technical B2B industries is highly beneficial

Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
