Your Mission

As Managing Director, you will lead Etra Sweden through its next phase of growth.

You will:

• Accelerate profitable organic growth
• Strengthen our position across Sweden
• Identify acquisition opportunities and support successful integrations
• Build strategic customer and partner relationships
• Drive operational excellence and profitability
• Develop future leaders and strengthen employee engagement
• Build a culture based on trust, accountability and entrepreneurship
• Ensure our values guide everyday decisions

You will work closely with the Group Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the future of Etra Sweden.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a leader who shares our ambition and has the courage to turn vision into action. You may already be an experienced business leader, or you may be ready for the next step in your leadership journey.

What matters most is your ability to create growth through people, inspire teams, build trust and lead change with an entrepreneurial mindset.

You bring:

• Strong commercial understanding and customer focus
• An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building businesses
• The courage to make decisions and drive change
• The ability to coach, develop and inspire people
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
• Experience from technical distribution, industrial products, manufacturing, MRO or similar B2B environments
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Experience in acquisitions, integrations and business transformation is an advantage, but not a requirement.
