To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a highly motivated and driven Legal Counsel to join our team.

About The Role
As Legal Counsel at Flower, you will play a key role in supporting our continued growth at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the energy transition. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work across the entire organization, providing practical legal support on a wide range of matters. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will partner closely with the business, helping teams move fast, make well-informed decisions and navigate a rapidly evolving landscape while managing legal risk.

What You'll Do:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal advice on day-to-day matters
• Manage corporate housekeeping and ensure strong corporate governance
• Support M&A projects and other strategic business initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with external counsel, coordinating specialist advice when needed
• Develop templates, playbooks and scalable ways of working, leveraging AI and automation to make legal support faster, smarter and more efficient
• Stay on top of relevant legal development, translating them into clear, pragmatic guidance for the business

Who You Are:
You're a qualified lawyer who thrives in a broad, hands-on role and enjoys working close to the business in a fast-moving environment. You combine sound legal judgement with a pragmatic mindset.

You also bring:

• A Swedish law degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience from a law firm or an in-house legal team
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
• Experience of, or a genuine interest in, working across a broad range of legal matters rather than specializing in one area
• A practical, business-oriented approach and the confidence to work independently in a high-growth tech environment
• The ability to turn legal complexity into clear, actionable advice
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to build trust across technical and commercial teams
• Experience of using AI tools to work smarter, and an interest in helping shape how AI and automation can strengthen the legal function, is a strong merit

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
