Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Technician who will be working with our Hypercar production. Main focus will be to coordinate and lead a team of technicians to deliver vehicle builds or projects on time and to Zenvo quality standards, while acting as the technical go-to on the shop floor.
This role is suited to passionate individuals with an uncompromising eye for detail and a deep respect for precision engineering and craftsmanship. Individuals driven by purpose and pride in their work, who want to be part of a rare journey within hypercar production, contributing to the creation of vehicles defined by performance, design, and individuality at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily work for the technician team in line with build plan and priorities.
Act as technical reference point, supporting troubleshooting and complex tasks.
Ensure adherence to work instructions, safety rules and quality standards.
Monitor progress against plan, identify bottlenecks and escalate risks.
Perform hands-on work on vehicles or assemblies when required.
Support onboarding and training of new technicians.
Provide feedback to Production Management and Engineering on issues and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of processes and documentation
Qualifications
Vocational education in automotive/mechatronics or similar.
Several years of relevant technician experience, ideally in high-performance or low-volume automotive.
Previous experience in coordination, mentoring or team lead roles is an advantage.
Strong technical competence with broad vehicle/system understanding.
Leadership on the shop floor: clear, fair, supportive.
Good planning, prioritization and communication skills.
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
High level of ownership for safety, quality and delivery.
