Job Description:
Role and day to day tasks
- Execution of active M&A mandates: Preparation of marketing materials, modelling and valuation analysis, data-room management, etc.
- Marketing initiatives: Market analyses of different industry verticals, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analysis, screening of potential M&A targets / buyers, financial valuations, etc.
- Business development: Recruiting initiatives, marketing of the firm and development of the Alantra Nordic team
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience at a leading investment bank or M&A boutique
- Strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and well-developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts
- Skills in a Nordic language (native level), English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and a third European language is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and standard business/financial databases
