Intensive Care Nurse for the ICU, Torsby Hospital

We are looking for a dedicated Intensive Care (ICU) Nurse to join Torsby Hospital and work in a stimulating environment characterized by close collaboration and short decision-making paths. About the position

We are looking for an ICU Nurse for a full-time position (100%).

As an ICU Nurse, you will provide advanced care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and with threatened or confirmed failure of vital functions. In this role, you will monitor vital parameters and, when necessary, respond to changes in the patient's condition.

You will work as part of a team together with an assistant nurse and an anaesthesiologist. If a patient's condition changes during your shift, you will support one another and work together as a team. The work is varied and challenging and provides opportunities for continuous learning every day.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a registered nurse with at least three years of professional experience in intensive care, or a relevant specialist qualification in intensive care.

Personal qualities are important to us. We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and highly motivated. You are able to work independently, take initiative, and are prepared to act based on your professional assessment.
