The role
You'll guide how large organisations transform their identity and access, advising their security and technology leaders on where to go, and running the programmes that take them there. You'll build long-term relationships, understand what a client actually needs, and shape work that creates real value for them. The trust this role rests on is earned through two things: the technical credibility to engage on complex topics without reaching for a script, and the judgement to own outcomes in environments that are rarely tidy. Increasingly that includes helping clients prepare for and benefit from AI securely. Deciding who and what can act on a system is not a technical detail at this level - it's a strategic one, with regulatory and commercial weight. You'll carry both the delivery and the relationship across a varied client portfolio, and contribute to growing the practice in the process.

What you'll do
- Advise senior client stakeholders on their identity and access direction, and develop the strategy and operating model with them.
- Lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes, owning the outcome end to end.
- Build and hold long-term client relationships, understanding their needs in depth and earning the right to be the person they call.
- Shape and win new work, developing a sharp point of view on what clients in your sectors need and translating that into proposals and engagements.
- Invest in growing the capability and the people in it.
Qualification
What we're looking for
- A track record in cybersecurity - from consulting or in-house - with the depth to be trusted by senior stakeholders and the breadth to lead across the identity landscape rather than a single product such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience developing business and client relationships, ideally within consulting or IT/security services - the ability to understand what a client needs and to shape an engagement around it.
- Enough commercial awareness to contribute to shaping and winning work, and to understand the business context behind a client's security decisions.
- Around 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
- Based in Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö, on a hybrid pattern.
Nice to have
- A relevant degree, ideally with a postgraduate qualification.
- Senior security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ISO 27001).
- A track record of leading large-scale identity or security transformation for complex enterprises, and of shaping the commercial side of that work.
- Experience growing a capability: bringing people in, developing them, and building a team with something to offer.
