Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Manager
What You Will Work On
Lead and govern IT services related to Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Ensure service delivery aligns with security, compliance, and business requirements
Manage and follow up supplier performance and contractual commitments
Monitor and improve SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics
Coordinate service lifecycle activities and operational governance processes
Support identity lifecycle processes and access governance initiatives
Contribute to service improvement and transformation activities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
Drive structured problem resolution and continuous optimization
Support implementation of governance models and operational standards
Facilitate alignment across multiple dependencies in a complex environment
What You Bring
Several years of experience working as an IT Service Manager, IT Service Lead, or Service Manager
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) including:
Identity lifecycle management
Authorization governance
Access control principles
Experience working with ITSM and ITIL frameworks
Experience with supplier governance and SLA follow-up
Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Strong structured and process-oriented way of working
Ability to balance operational execution with strategic service development
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Confidence to challenge both business and suppliers in a constructive way
Ability to drive initiatives independently and create momentum across teams
