Job Description:

HVDC Service is a committed team of driven junior engineers and senior experts, we are a a team where we work together to give long term support to our existing HVDC customers, including delivering upgrades, partial upgrades and adding new functionality to existing equipment. In HVDC Service, you can expect an equally exciting and ever-changing time ahead of you. We're looking for two eager engineers and problem solvers who realize collaboration is key for success.

We are looking for two product owners for two different areas of expertise within HVDC Service - Product Owner of Station Control & Monitoring, and Product Owner Cyber Security. A product owner in both these roles will interface between service projects, company developers and other stakeholders to ensure that our engineers have all the prerequisites they need to deliver a quality solution according to our processes and according to the customers need. In this role, these two Product Owners will report to the Global HVDC Service Technology & Engineering manager.

Your responsibilities
  • Interface with the HVDC Service - technology team and plan and organize the delivery or resolution of technical cases within your area of technological responsibility.
  • This includes collecting new issues in the organization from warranty projects and delivery projects, planning and coordinating a resolution with HVDC's internal developers and suppliers or external suppliers and communicating this with the relevant stakeholders.
  • You will be the interface for input from warranty and delivery projects in Service and output to the HVDC internal developers and suppliers.
  • Participate in HVDC product council as a HVDC Service representative in your area of technology.
  • Involved as support in HVDC Service tenders and projects and make technical decisions based on customer and project feedback.
  • Participate in PLM system development (Product lifecycle management), including developing and planning the lifecycle of our different products.
  • Ensuring quality of our deliveries within your technological responsibility alongside our Quality department.
  • Drive and prioritize the business values to ensure quality deliveries according to the customers' requirements.
  • Participation in different Steering Committees (STECO) in your area of technological responsibility and collaborating with a team of like-minded co-workers and experts to ensure the technical decisions made within our business are aligned with our core strategy,


Your background
  • You may hold a university degree applicable to the work within HVDC Control systems (e.g. Electrical Engineering, IT systems, Computer Science), or have work experience from similar roles.
  • Experience within SCADA, HMI, IT or OT development (Station Control and Monitoring role).
  • Experience within Cybersecurity, IEC cybersecurity standards, cybersecurity services e.g. patching, pass-word management, remote access, compliance. (Cyber Security role).
  • An ability to work and collaborate with multiple different teams globally.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
