We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) team and lead the transformation that we are undertaking to scale our business multiple times and meet the needs of the remarkable growth in the energy market.

Your responsibilities:

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will:

• Lead the overall transformation for scale program for the global HVDC business. The role is part of the global management team and reports to the SVP and Global Head of HVDC.
• Work with the entire business (including quality, sales & tendering, human resources, operations, project management, engineering, service, product management, SCM, factories, construction, R&D etc.) to define and implement a successful scale-up strategy for HVDC.
• Lead several of the cross organizational initiatives and ensure progress in the entire program.
• Be and active member of the global management team and contribute in all areas.
• Drive key initiatives that encompass company culture & leadership, change management, process automation & digitalization, go-to-market strategy, quality enhancement, lead time reduction and planning, capacity increase in factories and supply chain etc.
• Manage the implementation of the product lifecycle management (PLM) and its architecture, tools, structure, and organization.
• Continuously search for improved ways to operate through collaboration, benchmark, expert involvement, and challenge status que. The business will grow several times during the next years of the scaling program, which will have to challenge how we operate.
• Lead and support change management activities to facilitate the adoption and alignment of new processes, systems, and behaviours.

Your background

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Senior, global and cross-functional organization leadership experience.
• Track record of successful large-scale transformations.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Technical expertise to guide technology direction.
