Head of Supply Chain - Own the engine behind every product we ship

Did you know that this year Estrid will sell around 10 million products? That's one every three seconds. Each one has to be in the right place at the right time: in webshops, in subscriptions and on a growing list of retail shelves across Europe, through every peak season. Somebody has to make sure that happens without tying up all our cash in inventory. That somebody could be you.

The long story short:

We won't lie - this is not your average company. We're a fast-growing D2C brand that is scaling into international retail, and our supply chain has to keep up. We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain to own the full value chain from forecast to final delivery. You'll be equally comfortable discussing a three-year strategy with the CEO and CFO and digging into a forecast, a stock-out or a supplier issue the same afternoon.

Your purpose & impact:

As Head of Supply Chain you'll report to our CFO and lead a small, hands-on team. Your mission is simple to say and hard to do: keep product availability and service levels high while optimising inventory, working capital and cost. Your decisions go straight into gross margin and cash flow, and you'll see the results in the numbers.

Some of the things you'll do:

• Own and develop Estrid's end-to-end supply chain across DTC, subscription and retail/B2B

• Lead demand and supply planning, forecasting and inventory management

• Build and run the S&OP process with Commercial, Finance, Product Development

• Negotiate price and terms with suppliers, 3PLs and carriers, and set and follow up on efficiency targets for our 3PL partners

• Make sure we have the capacity for new markets, retail customers and product launches

• Set up and track the KPIs that matter: forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, stock-outs, logistics cost and working capital

• Spot supply risks early and put mitigation in place

• Improve our ERP, planning tools, master data and reporting, and automate wherever you can

• Lead and develop the team

We think that you:

• Have 7+ years in supply chain or operations, including line leadership in FMCG or consumer goods - ideally with a background in consulting

• Are in a senior role today where you lead supply chain, planning or operations end to end, with at least 2-3 years of responsibility for people and results

• Have owned planning, procurement and/or operations through several seasonal cycles, peaks included, ideally with an international value chain

• Are strong in demand & supply planning and S&OP, and know how to turn structured methods into day-to-day practice

• Understand the financial side, including GM2, inventory, working capital and cash flow

• Can lead a commercial negotiation with suppliers, 3PLs and carriers, not just manage a contract

• Are operational and hands-on, and happy to roll up your sleeves when things move fast

• Use AI tools and automation as a natural part of how you work, and love improving how things get done
