CGI is looking for a highly capable and hands-on Director of Digital Workplace Services to lead and modernize our workplace technology landscape.
This is not a traditional operational management role. We are looking for a technically strong Digital Workplace leader who understands modern workplace architecture, end-user experience, automation, collaboration platforms, workplace transformation, and next-generation support services.
You will lead the evolution of our Digital Workplace function while remaining deeply connected to technology, delivery, operational excellence, and innovation.

As Director of Digital Workplace Services, you will own the strategy, transformation, and operational delivery of our workplace ecosystem across multiple functions including:
. Digital Workplace & End User Computing
. Service Desk & Support Operations
. Workplace Experience & Productivity Services
. IT Service Management (ITSM)
. Modern Collaboration Platforms
. Endpoint Management & Automation
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, operations teams, and business leadership to build a future-ready digital workplace environment that improves employee productivity, security, automation, and user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
. Driving the Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
. Leading workplace transformation initiatives including AI-enabled support, automation, self-service, and modern support models
. Improving end-user experience across collaboration, mobility, endpoint, and productivity platforms
. Leading and mentoring managers and technical teams across Workplace Services, Service Desk, and ITSM
. Modernizing operational processes using ITIL, automation, analytics, and proactive support methodologies
. Managing vendors, budgets, forecasting, and service performance
. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workplace technology trends and transformation opportunities
. Ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient workplace operations across the organization

You likely bring experience in several of the following areas:
. Modern Workplace / Digital Workplace transformation
. Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Copilot)
. End User Computing (EUC)
. Device lifecycle & endpoint management
. Automation & self-service support
. AI-enabled workplace services
. ServiceNow or modern ITSM platforms
. Workplace analytics and employee experience platforms
. Hybrid workplace technologies
. Service Desk modernization
. Security and compliance within workplace environments

Your Profile:
. Strong leadership experience managing both people and delivery
. Technically credible and comfortable engaging with engineers and architects
. Able to balance strategy with operational execution
. Passionate about modern workplace trends and emerging technologies
. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
. Experience driving organizational and technology transformation
. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and service performance
. Strong written and verbal English and Swedish (preferable) skills.
