We are now looking for a strategic, commercially driven, and inspiring leader to join our Commercial organization, as Head of Business & Product Management. This is a key leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the Consumer Mobile business performance and development. The role reports to the Commercial Director for Consumer and is a member of the Commercial Leadership Team.

How you'll make a difference with us

As Head of Business & Product Management, you will lead a team of business managers, product managers and analysts responsible for driving the performance and development of Telenor's Consumer Mobile portfolio. You will own the Mobile P&L and be responsible for product strategy, portfolio management, pricing, forecasting, and commercial performance. Key responsibilities include:

Drive Consumer Mobile P&L performance and growth.

Define and execute the Mobile product and business strategy

Optimize customer value through portfolio management, pricing initiatives, channel steering, and commercial improvements.

Drive forecasting, business planning and performance follow-up.

Continuously improve customer journeys and internal processes.

Develop and lead a high-performing team and ensure effective collaboration with IT, Sales Channels, Brand & Strategy, Customer Base Management, Device Management, and other key stakeholders.

Are you the one we're looking for?

You are a strong commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence. You have a proven ability to drive business performance, lead cross-functional change, and develop high-performing teams. We believe you have:

Leadership experience within Business Management, Product Management, Commercial, Strategy, or a related field.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility and business performance.

Experience driving product strategy, portfolio management, pricing, and customer value creation.

Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience from telecom, subscription businesses, or other customer-centric industries is considered a strong advantage.
