About the role:
- Drive design from concept development to industrialization
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and project targets
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution activities
- Mentor and support design engineers within the project team
Your Profile
- B.Sc . or M.Sc . degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in automotive product development
- Previous experience as Group Design Leader, Design Leader, Technical Leader, or similar role
- Strong understanding of automotive development processes
- Experience working with CATIA V5 and Teamcenter is highly valued
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
