Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with GMP expertise
What You Will Work On
Lead investment, installation, and development projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution strategies
Plan and manage timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality outcomes
Develop technical specifications and drive procurement activities for equipment and contractors
Coordinate installations, supplier activities, and site execution planning
Prepare and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and delivery activities
Ensure testing, qualification, training, and readiness activities are completed according to plan
Lead project meetings and steering committee governance processes
Maintain structured stakeholder communication across internal and external parties
Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and internal quality standards
Drive continuous progress and successful project implementation
What You Bring
5-10 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or comparable industrial environments
Proven experience leading capital-intensive investment projects (approximately 10-50 MSEK)
Strong technical background with experience managing complex technical initiatives
Experience working with established project delivery methodologies
Strong understanding of GMP requirements and regulated environments (mandatory)
Experience leading facility upgrades, installations, rebuilds, or investment programs
Experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to build trust across teams
Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and managing changing priorities
Self-driven, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
