Fergas Group is now seeking a passionate and skilled Global Technical Engineering Director to lead our team to new heights in global technology and product development!
About the Company
Fergas Group is a manufacturing Group headquartered in Linköping, Sweden.
We have production facilities in Sweden, China, Italy, USA and Mexico, as well as sales offices in the US, Brazil and India. The group has a turnover of approximately 25 MEUR and employs around 200 people globally.
The company develops, manufacture, and sell blowers and fan systems to many industries including HVAC, home and commercial appliances and automotive under the slogan "Your Global Partner in Air Moving solutions".

Your mission:
Fergas is a leading player in "air moving solutions" with a long history of innovation. We aim to have product development that focuses on staying ahead considering our long history and our unique products and manufacturing methods. Our next generation of products, inspired by successful predecessors like the AirBlaster, requires innovative thinking. You will have the mandate, along with the global technical team, to explore new ideas and create innovative solutions, setting new processes and ways of working. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring that we remain leaders in our industry and capture new market shares.
Responsibilities include:
Your contribution to the management team will be crucial in the strategic work to drive the company's growth and development forward. You will lead a team of approximately 10 people, based both in Linköping and at our international sites.
Profile:
We are looking for an experienced leader with the ability to challenge and inspire our engineers in a constructive manner. Your experience in leading a development department in an international context is crucial for this role. You will work cross-functionally, together with our teams, to drive development forward and have regular contact with customers and other stakeholders. You enjoy many points of contact both internally and externally in a multicultural context.
As a leader, you are a relationship builder who creates successful teams through participation and clarity. By motivating and inspiring your teams, you create an atmosphere where cooperation and goal tracking are central to achieving our common goals.
Your profile in brief:
You must be fluent writing and speaking in English. Swedish and additional language skills is a plus. A driver's license is required and regular international travel is part of the job.

- You have a Master's degree in engineering or other relevant academic education
