Founder's Associate – Internship or Junior Role

Work closely with the founder at Done.green
Want to learn how a growing tech company is built in practice? As a Founder's Associate, you'll work closely with Alek Åström, co-founder of Done.green. You'll join him in the day-to-day work and help wherever you can make the greatest impact - from marketing and AI to customer insights, analysis and execution.

Done.green builds technology that makes sustainable energy installations easier, including EV chargers and home batteries. We're a small team where ideas quickly turn into action.

What you could do

• Create and test content for social media, newsletters, campaigns and our website.
• Research customers, competitors and new growth opportunities, then summarize what we should do next.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, drafts, analysis and smarter workflows - while applying your own judgment and checking the facts.
• Help Alek prepare for meetings, follow up on decisions and drive small projects from idea to result.
• Jump into product, sales and operations as priorities change.

We think you'll thrive if you

• Are curious, take initiative and get things done even when the instructions aren't fully defined.
• Have a clear interest in AI and digital marketing. We'd love to see something you've built, written or tested.
• Can communicate well in both Swedish and English.
• Learn quickly, welcome feedback and enjoy a variety of tasks.

You don't need a university degree or previous startup experience. You may be a student, have recently finished upper secondary school or be at the start of your career. We'll focus on what you can do and want to learn, not your age.

Practical details
We're based in Stockholm and work partly on site. We'll agree on the start date and hours together. This role can be an internship that is part of your education (such as LIA), or a work placement approved by the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). If neither of those routes applies to you, we can discuss a paid junior position. Tell us in your application which arrangement could work for you and when you can start.

For internships, we'll set clear learning goals, provide a supervisor and give regular feedback. You'll see firsthand how priorities, marketing and decisions work in a growing company.
