Abot the role
Are yo a driven, detail-orientedfinance professional who enjoys combining hands-on financial control with astrategic Grop Finance perspective? At AAK, yo will play a key role inensring the accracy, integrity, and transparency of or financial reportingwhile contribting to the continos improvement of finance processes across aglobal organization.
As Financial Controller, yo will be a vital contribtor to the Gropconsolidation process, working closely with colleages across the bsiness tospport financial reporting excellence and informed decision-making. At the same time, yo will take ownership ofthe financial management of one of or Swedish sbsidiaries, overseeingeverything from month-end close and stattory reporting to tax compliance,payments, and internal financing matters. Last, yo'll be taking on projectswithin the finance space, sch as tax projects, working closely with externaladvisors and peers arond the world.

This role reports into Head of Financial Control

Responsibilities
Grop Acconting
- Spport the Grop consolidation process, inclding intercompany eliminations and reconciliation of reporting packages.
- Analyze Grop financial reslts, investigate variances, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of interim and annal reports.
- Gide local finance teams on reporting reqirements and compliance with Grop acconting policies.
- Contribte to the development and continos improvement of acconting policies, reporting processes, and finance projects.
- Spport external adits by preparing docmentation and responding to aditor reqests.
- Monitor IFRS developments and reglatory changes, assessing their impact on Grop reporting.

Sbsidiary Controlling
- Hold fll responsibility for the acconting and financial reporting of a Swedish holding company.
- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly, qarterly, and annal reporting in line with IFRS and local reglations.
- Review and analyze financial performance and balance sheet positions.
- Prepare stattory financial statements and coordinate year-end closing activities.
- Manage external adit processes and tax matters, inclding filings and advisor coordination.
- Spport bdgeting and forecasting activities.

Financial Projects - Tax
- Drive and implement global transfer pricing projects in collaboration with the Head of Financial Control and external advisors.
- Spport and lead Grop-wide tax and legal entity strctre projects.

Abot yo
- niversity degree in Finance, Bsiness Administration, Acconting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience within acconting, financial controlling, Grop reporting, tax, or similar areas, preferably gained in an global pblic company environment.
- Solid fondation in acconting principles, financial closing processes, and financial analysis, combined with good knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights and reporting.
- High attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively nder time pressre.
- Experience with consolidation systems sch as AARO Systems, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, or IBM Cognos, as well as ERP systems sch as SAP, is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills are reqired.
- Strong commnication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Flent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
