We are now looking for a Financial Control Manager to our team in Ludvika to be part of the journey to be enabling sustainable energy for the future!

For you to be successful in this role we believe that you have the ability to anticipate change and deliver on targets at the same time. You enjoy to review and set up processes. Leadership comes naturally to you, and working with your local team and global units motivates you. The Financial Control Manager have 4 direct reportees.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing a team of experienced controllers (production controlling, financial controlling and business controlling)
• Engage in and drive the development and improvement of financial processes and routines
• Ensure adherence to group guidelines for country- and functional controlling
• Budget, forecast and cost control
• Subject matter expert in finance related topics
• Mentoring and active participation in talent development
• Maintain relations with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• To ensure 100% track record for internal controls and 100% recommendations on all follow up on that internal audits actions are implemented

Your background:

• You hold a master's degree in Finance (Business administration, accounting or similar)
• At least 10 years of experience in finance in a large multinational company
• Broad experience from business controlling as well as functional controlling/accounting
• As person you are a dynamic and an energizing team player and you are used to collaborate in a truly multicultural organization
• Process oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process harmonization/development
• Proficient in English (verbally and in writing) with solid presentation skills
• Good knowledge of SAP controlling/Finance, as well as other tools supporting analytical controlling
• Positive and solution oriented mindset, focusing on the solution of the problem rather than the problem itself
