You're an experienced consulting professional with strong client advisory skills, commercial judgment, an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in developing people. You understand how organizations operate, how CRM enables business transformation and how to deliver lasting improvements.
Ideally, you bring:
Swedish or Nordic enterprise-client experience and familiarity with AI, Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, CPQ or Field Service are strong advantages. Fluent English is required; Swedish is a strong advantage.
You need not be a technical architect or expert in every platform; what matters is connecting business needs with CRM capabilities, leading successful transformations and inspiring delivery teams.

What you'll do
In this role, you will:
- Lead and grow the team: coach and develop consultants, capabilities, expertise and career paths; support recruitment; and build a collaborative culture of consulting excellence, knowledge sharing and strong client outcomes.
- Advise clients and deliver transformations: advise senior business and technology stakeholders; shape CRM strategies, roadmaps, business cases and operating models; and lead multidisciplinary engagements from strategy and design through technology, implementation and organizational change to measurable value.
- Grow the business: build relationships with existing and prospective Swedish clients, identify opportunities, shape proposals, win and expand engagements, and position Accenture Song as a trusted Sales & Service transformation partner.
- Shape the practice: collaborate with Nordic leadership and technology partners to develop propositions, expand our market presence and Sales & Service practice in Sweden, and help clients use CRM, AI, automation and data to improve sales effectiveness, customer service and operational performance.
Qualification
Who we're looking for
You're an experienced consulting professional with strong client advisory skills, commercial judgment, an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in developing people. You understand how organizations operate, how CRM enables business transformation and how to deliver lasting improvements.
Ideally, you bring:
- Consulting and transformation: typically 10+ years in management consulting, business transformation or technology-enabled advisory, with a successful record of leading CRM or Sales & Service transformations from strategy and business-case development through implementation and adoption.
- CRM expertise: solid experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and how they enable sales, customer service and commercial transformation. Deep expertise in either is highly relevant; experience with both is an advantage.
- Leadership and commercial skills: experience building, coaching and developing consultants or multidisciplinary teams; developing senior client relationships; identifying opportunities; and creating proposals.
- Senior stakeholder impact: the ability to challenge thinking, translate complex business issues into clear recommendations and actionable plans, and develop both the practice and people around you.
