Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Epic Owner to lead a strategic ERP transformation initiative within a large banking environment.
What You Will Work On
Lead and coordinate a strategic ERP modernization and SaaS migration initiative
Drive planning, execution, follow-up, and governance of the transformation program
Ensure successful migration from on-premises ERP to a SaaS-based platform
Coordinate activities across multiple business units and IT functions
Manage stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and escalations
Collaborate closely with implementation partners, vendors, and internal project teams
Establish strong working relationships with migration project leadership
Monitor project progress and ensure milestone achievement
Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and decision-making forums
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
Support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation
Provide status reporting and decision support to management and stakeholders
What You Bring
Extensive experience leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives
Proven track record in project, program, or epic management
Strong ability to drive execution and create momentum in complex environments
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and IT organizations
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of strategic initiatives
Experience working with enterprise business systems and ERP platforms
Good technical understanding of cloud and SaaS-based solutions
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
