Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Release Lead / Project Manager for a strategic SAP transformation program within the manufacturing industry.
What You Will Work On
Lead delivery of SAP template rollout projects and related release activities
Act as a key contributor within program leadership to establish rollout governance and operating models
Drive planning and execution of upcoming go-live activities
Coordinate business-specific implementation activities across the SAP program
Monitor delivery progress and consolidate reporting across workstreams
Manage issues impacting scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources
Coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external implementation partners
Support program and portfolio planning activities
Drive structured communication and decision-making across the transformation program
Ensure successful implementation execution and transition readiness
What You Bring
Academic degree within Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Proven experience leading complex SAP-based business transformation initiatives
Strong experience in program leadership and portfolio planning across business and technology domains
Experience delivering ERP implementation projects and understanding organizational change impacts
Strong project planning experience across multiple delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira, Excel, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools
Strong understanding of release planning and enterprise delivery coordination
Professional proficiency in English
Good communication skills in Swedish
Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
