Electrical Lead - Buildings

We are currently looking forElectrical Lead within Buildingswho wants to take on a key role in our projects and contribute to creating sustainable, intelligent, and future-proof buildings.

Locations:Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Skövde, Karlstad

Your Role

As anElectrical Lead, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical discipline across projects - from early concept stages through to final delivery. You will set direction, create structure, and ensure high quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating electrical design in building projects
• Taking ownership of technical solutions, quality, and deliveries within the electrical discipline
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on all electrical-related matters
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing colleagues within the team
• Contributing to tenders, cost estimates, and strategic decisions
• Collaborating closely with other disciplines such as HVAC, structural engineering, and architecture

Who You Are

You are an experienced electrical or building services engineer who thrives in a leadership role and is motivated by driving structure, quality, and progress in projects.

• Several years of experience in electrical design within building projects
• Solid knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Experience in leading projects or technical disciplines
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• The ability to build trust - both internally and with clients
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
