Role Summery
Our department plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of digital service subscriptions. We contribute by providing accurate and up-to-date data handling for customers, personnel, and vehicles. Our work directly supports the pricing, invoicing, and reporting processes for distributors, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction. By managing the product catalogue and API integrations, we help ensure that the platform can scale and meet the growing needs of digital services.
Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Developer, you'll be part of a high-performing, empowered team building digital services that connect trucks with data-driven, connected solutions. The role is mainly .NET backend, but it helps if you're comfortable jumping into the frontend when needed. You'll have real influence on how the team works and what gets built - including being involved in hiring - and you'll support others through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvements in both code and ways of working.
- Develop and maintain primarily .NET backend services (with some frontend exposure)
- Work in an empowered team with a lot of ownership and decision-making
- Take part in hiring: shortlisting, technical interviews, and case interviews
- Coach and mentor junior developers and help grow team capability
- Spot and drive improvements in code quality, processes, and product outcomes
- Collaborate closely in a supportive, inclusive team environment
- Build services used by distributors and other internal stakeholders
- Contribute to connected, data-driven services in the truck ecosystem
Who You Are
We are looking for a developer with a senior mindset, 5+ years of experience, a strong technical foundation and a genuine willingness to take a leading role, driving initiatives, supporting and mentoring the team while leading by example in both technical excellence and ways of working.

- Confident in presenting ideas and contributing in different forums
- Curious and open to learning new technologies (for example, interest in AI and innovation)
Desired skills and experiences
- 3+ years' experience developing microservice-based systems
- Experience guiding, coaching, and supporting other team members
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases, OIDC, and authentication flows
- Frontend development experience with Angular (or a similar framework)
- Proven experience in agile environments, contributing to planning, refinement, reviews, and continuous improvement
- End-to-end SDLC experience: requirements, architecture/design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Experience with cloud solutions (AWS or similar), event-driven systems, Git, CI/CD, automated testing/QA tools, Infrastructure as Code, and modern AI dev tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Codex); open to learning new frameworks/processes/technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Deep C# and .NET experience
- Knowledge of MySQL and Entity Framework
- Familiarity with Gitlab
- Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake) and ingestion systems (Witboost)
- Knowledge of the AWS Ecosystem
