Test Consultant - Automation Focus

At CGI, we are looking for a Test Consultant with strong automation skills to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients across industries, helping them improve quality assurance practices and accelerate delivery through modern test automation and RPA solutions.
As a consultant, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with advisory capabilities, supporting clients in building scalable, efficient, and reliable testing solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Develop and maintain automation using tools such as UiPath and other test automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support resolution
• Advise clients on QA and automation best practices, including RPA solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement within CGI's testing community

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll
• Experience in software testing and test automation
• Hands-on experience with UiPath (RPA) and at least one test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
Desired Competencies
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
