About the role

As Delivery Excellence Lead, you own and continuously improve Aceve's end-to-end Professional Services process framework - our Core Process Architecture. You drive consistency and quality across Pre-Delivery, Delivery, and Governance, making sure every market works from the same playbook without losing the flexibility to move fast. You also act as global owner of our PSA platform, driving its adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across all markets, including leading continued global rollout. Beyond PS, you work closely and coordinate with Customer Success and Support to keep the broader customer journey consistent end to end. We measure your success by how consistently, predictably, and profitably Aceve delivers value to customers - everywhere we operate.

What will you do

You will own the design and enforcement of our global PS process framework, and act as global owner of our PSA platform, working closely with country and market leaders, functional leads, and platform teams to keep standards consistent and continuously improving.
• Own the Core Process Architecture end to end - define, maintain, and enforce global standards

across Professional Services.
• Act as global owner for our PSA platform - own adoption, workflow governance, and continuous

improvement across all markets.
• Define the human-governed process framework within which AI tooling operates, ensuring our AI-

empowered delivery model stays consistent, controlled, and scalable.
• Lead continued global rollout of the PSA platform, from planning through adoption.
• Ensure time registration, utilisation tracking, and project financials are consistently and accurately maintained across all markets.
• Liase closely across the CX functions - Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support - to drive consistency, improve efficiency, and elevate the end-to-end customer experience.
• Partner with country and market leaders and functional heads to translate global standards into local practice, and feed field learnings back into the framework.

We believe you have
• A background as a senior Professional Services or consulting professional, with experience in process

framework design, delivery governance, and change management across multi-market organisations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and coaching capability, comfortable running multi-market initiatives and aligning senior leaders across countries and functions.
• Understanding of how Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support work together in B2B SaaS, with a track record of driving collaboration across them.
• The judgement to define where and how AI tooling fits into a human-governed delivery model, without losing sight of quality and control.
• A structured, standards-driven mindset, paired with the agility and pragmatism to adapt global frameworks to local market realities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and PSA platforms is an advantage.

Bonus Points For
• Hands-on experience owning or governing Certinia/Salesforce or a comparable PSA platform as a global or regional product owner.
• Experience leading multi-market platform rollouts (PSA, ERP, or CRM) across the Nordics or Benelux.
