Overview
As a Data & Tech Lead at Publicis Intelligence, you will help leading brands transform how they use data, technology, and measurement to drive better marketing outcomes
and measurable business growth. Combining
a strong commercial mindset with technical hands-on implementation and optimization, you will design scalable data foundations, enable smarter decision-making, and accelerate our clients' digital maturity.

In this role, you will play a central role in developing,
commercializing, and implementing our Data & Analytics offers.
Driven by a growth attitude, you will actively contribute to scaling our Data & Analytics business, proactively identifying new revenue opportunities, and expanding our footprint with both existing and new clients. The role also offers opportunities to specialize deeply within data strategies, measurement, AI-powered analytics, and marketing technology developments.

You will join a growing Data & Tech team and work closely with specialists across AdTech, Analytics, Product, Media, Insights, and Creative departments in both Sweden and Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven strategies, measurement frameworks, and technical roadmaps that accelerate client maturity
  and unlock new commercial opportunities.
• Act as a growth catalyst, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Data & Analytics services to grow our clients' business and our own.
• Actively drive business development,
  contribute to pitch strategies, and help package our Data & Analytics offerings to win new business.
• Design data collection and tracking strategies
  that directly tie back to business KPIs and ROI.
• Advise clients on first-party data strategies
  that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Work hands-on in relevant data and tech platforms to solve client challenges and secure high-quality output (e.g., Adserver, data visualization, DCO setup).
• Independently drive projects and client deliveries with larger client teams, with clear communication,
  commercial focus, and keeping deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Insights, Product, Analytics, MarTech, Media, Creative) across Sweden and Denmark
  to deliver integrated, high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset, with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and contributing to business growth.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within data, analytics, AdTech, MarTech, or similar fields.
• Strong technical understanding of data structures, integrations, measurement, and AdTech platforms.
• Proven experience leading client discussions, translating business objectives into
  profitable data and measurement strategies,
  and confidently presenting the commercial value of our solutions.
• Hands-on experience working in data or AdTech/MarTech environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear
  and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Curious about new technology, challenging ways of working, and
  driven by finding innovative ways to monetize data and tech capabilities.
