This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people - not in a vague, buzzwordy way, but in the practical sense: a customer has a problem, you solve it, and they leave better off than before. You'll be part of a team of around 10, handling queries through phone and email in equal measure. The work is varied, the product is real, and what you do every day has a direct impact on how customers experience ACEVE. You'll be supported to build your product knowledge fast and trusted to own your cases end to end.
What will you do
You're the first point of contact for customers using ACEVE's platform - your job is to make sure they get the help they need, clearly and efficiently. Here's what a typical week looks like:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email (split roughly 50/50)
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through our platform to find the right solution
- Take full ownership of your cases - from first contact through to resolution
- Spot patterns in recurring questions and share insights with the team to improve how we work
- Stay up to date with product changes so customers always get accurate, relevant help
- Work closely with colleagues to keep quality high and the customer experience consistent
We believe you have
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- A relevant background - academic, or equivalent hands-on experience in a customer-facing environment
- Fluent in Swedish; professional working proficiency in English
- A structured way of working - you follow through, keep track of what's open, and don't let things slip
- Solid digital comfort - you pick up new systems and processes quickly
- A genuine team mindset: you contribute to the broader team, not just your own queue
Bonus points for
- Experience from Entré or other systems for constrution and/or installation industry
