Customer Success Manager - Group IT Infrastructure Advisory Team

Location : Kraków or Malmö

Are you ready for a new challenge in IT? Join our Group IT Infrastructure Advisory team as a Customer Success Manager in Kraków or Malmö and play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the adoption, migration, and management of IT infrastructure services. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our products and services align with organizational objectives and deliver real business outcomes.

What would you do as our Customer Success Manager

• Advise and Support our Customers in how to use our products in the best way
• Lead our jurney of Continious Producte improvements: collect and refine customer ideas, conduct sign-offs with divisions.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, translate into actionable features, and define key product metrics.
• Advise teams on designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, storage, security).
• Collaboratineg with all internal Group IT Teams to provide cutomer success using all products

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Is able to sell our solutions, guide customers to the best decisions, and collaborate with solution architects to create optimal solutions.
• Has a strong IT infrastructure background, probably Infrastructure Solution Architect or equal (cloud, virtualization, networking, databases).
• Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and understands Agile principles.
• Can influence without formal authority, advising and guiding teams, working proactively and independently.
• International Travel might be needed, experience in a global organization, and speaks English at a professional level.
