In June 2026, Einride became a publicly listed company on Nasdaq, a milestone that reflects a decade of turning what once looked like science fiction into everyday reality. Today, our technology moves freight across North America, Europe, and the Middle East for some of the world's biggest shippers.

You will:

• Drive execution across all fundraising and financing initiatives across Einride's capital structure, including issuance of public equity related instruments and structured debt financings
• Lead project management of external parties (banks, equity / debt investors, expert advisors, etc.)
• Perform analysis and take ownership of financial models and investor materials
• Have ownership of internal finance related projects, including supporting the roll-out of Einride's long-term financial planning, internal forecasting, modelling, budgeting, and general business analysis
• Streamline capital planning workflows and support driving Einride's financing strategy across the organisation
• You will report to the VP & Head of Corporate Finance

We expect you to:

• Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Corporate Development at a publicly listed company
• Have advanced financial modelling, accounting, and valuation skills, with proven experience of analysing different capital structures
• Be ambitious with a high sense of responsibility and accountability, thriving as an individual contributor as well as a team
• It is also of merit if you have experience from a start-up / scale-up environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication in English
