We are looking for an experienced ConversionCopywriter to join our dynamic, big-hearted in-house Brand team. With us, you'll have the opportunity to do the most impactful work of your career, alongside a growing team of creatives.

Our Brand team, a vibrant group of 6 creatives spanning design, copy, and film, is a core part of Mentimeter's 30-strong Marketing department. We're united in our mission to boost the effectiveness of our Acquisition-, Product-, and Enterprise Marketing efforts through interesting and engaging communications.

As our Conversion Copywriting Specialist reporting to the Director of Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the messages that inspire action. Your work will directly contribute to our growth by crafting compelling copy that encourages our audience to say "yes" across a variety of digital channels.

What You'll Do:

• Craft compelling copy that goes beyond mere words - your mission is to move people to say yes.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and growth teams to transform messaging into high-converting copy across various digital channels.
• Work closely with data and insights for both planning, execution and learning.
• Embrace a holistic approach, balancing demand-gen strategies one day and lead-gen initiatives the next, to craft copy for acquisition, activation and retention.
• Apply your expertise in UX, SEO, CRO, and persuasion to elevate every task, supporting other copywriters with your conversion mindset.
• Implementing AI-driven processes to enhance speed and scalability in writing where relevant.

Things you may find yourself initially focusing on in this role:

• Writing content for email drips to get customers to re-engage with a feature.
• Take an SEO insight and develop a pillar page that ranks.
• Work with UX design to rework page layouts to increase conversion.
• Come up with headline variants for a website A/B test on a landing page.
• Test label variants for a new section in page navigation.
• Create and improve campaign landing pages to increase effectiveness.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in copywriting with a minimum of 1-2 years focused on primarily conversion (CRO) copywriting.
• Ideal background of working in both agency and SaaS/startup environments.
• Proven experience developing progressive digital and direct response projects.
• Expertise in crafting engaging and nuanced email subject lines, mastering SEO writing, and visitor conversion & driving clicks.
• Strong demonstrated ability to present, explain, evaluate, and organize ideas.
• Passion for customers, experimentation, data, and writing.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills (Swedish not required as daily work is carried out in English)
• Able to provide a portfolio/sample of relevant work (leads, trial starts, sales, referrals) either as an attachment or URL link.

Please note that this role will have its base in our Stockholm office and is primarily an onsite role with the opportunity to work from home twice per week.
