We are now searching for a Contract Specialist to HV Service in Ludvika and we very much look forward to your application!
Your responsibilities
- Provide contract related support during the execution stage (negotiation, claim and dispute resolution)
- Active involvement during tendering stage in order to assess terms and conditions, possible risks and/or opportunities
- Develop, implement and maintain contractual strategy
- Provide guidance in contract management related matters across the unit
- Participation and support during the risk review process
- Review and drafting of legal documentation
- Close cooperation with project managers and area sales managers
Your background
- University degree in the legal field and hands-on experience in the legal field
- Proficient in Swedish and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as a strong team contributor
- Proactive approach
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
