We are now expanding and looking for driven B2B Sales Representatives to take TalentCore to the next level.

About the role

As a B2B Sales Representative for TalentCore, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed deal. You will:

Reach out to relevant stakeholders

Book and run product demos of TalentCore

Communicate the value of automated recruitment and data-driven hiring

Manage leads and drive deals to close

Collaborate with product and technical teams when needed

You will sell a product with clear ROI: reduced hiring time, better candidate quality, and structured decision-making.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in B2B sales (SaaS or HR tech is a strong plus)

Is self-driven and comfortable working independently

Can understand and explain a technical product in a simple, compelling way

Is results-oriented and motivated by closing deals

Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Experience selling to HR, recruitment, or tech teams is highly valuable.

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based, with strong earning potential per closed deal.
