Job Description
Accenture's Automotive Reinvention practice works with the region's most exciting automotive and mobility companies - and we are growing fast. We combine decades of industry insight with leading-edge AI strategy and a full suite of reinvention capabilities to help our clients reinvent how they create value.
The automotive industry is being reinvented from the ground up - software-defined vehicles, electrification and AI are reshaping every part of the value chain. We are looking for senior profiles who can own and grow our business with the region's most important automotive clients.
What you will do:
• Identify, shape and lead the largest value creation opportunities at our priority automotive accounts
• Engage C-suite executives - CEOs, COOs, CTOs - setting agendas, not responding to them
• Build and manage your own portfolio across multiple automotive accounts and opportunities
• Sell and deliver automotive reinvention end-to-end: software-defined vehicles, operating model transformation, AI in engineering and manufacturing, aftersales reinvention
• Lead and develop teams of automotive consultants and specialists
Qualification
What we are looking for:
• 10+ years in automotive strategy or comparable senior roles - selling and delivering at C-suite level
• Proven track record in an advisory setting with automotive OEMs or major Tier 1 suppliers
• Deep expertise in one or more domains: vehicle strategy, software-defined vehicles, electrification, operating model transformation or AI in automotive
• Established relationships in the Swedish or broader Nordic automotive market - you are known, not just experienced
• A builder's mindset: you want to grow a business, not just fill a role
• Master's degree or equivalent; fluency in English; Swedish a strong advantage
• Based in Gothenburg or Stockholm; willingness to travel
