Your Impact:
As an Assistant Counter Manager for Parfums Christian Dior at our NK Stockholm flagship, you will be part of the point of sale leadership team, responsible to deliver retail excellence in customer service, store operations, as well as engaging & driving your teams towards our business goals. This role requires excellent leadership skills, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards.

- Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter retail KPIs on a daily basis
- Drive & Motivate the team to reach daily gaols
- As the shop floor leader, you will ensure that the team is working together toward achieving targets sets by the Counter Manager on all retail KPIs (sell-out, AUS, IPT, NPS...)
- Develop & follow weekly target & development action plan for each team member driving them toward our team goal & developing individual strengths
- Reporting on team performance to Counter manager to establish together mid & long term priorities per team member
- Develop team to deliver retail Excellence
- Master knowledge on the brand, products & services, leveraging all retail educations tools focusing on Skincare axis aiming to become Skincare expert on the POS
- Contribute to the Beauty Consultants upskilling animating weekly focuses around products / retail activations / local incentive plans...
- Recruit & Develop durable relationships with clients through relevant clientling actions in store & remotly
- Apply standards operation procedures for all retail processes (shift planning, performance review, purchase registration...)
- Lead Team Operations focusing on efficiency & productivity
- Plan efficiently shifts according to store traffic & sell-out potential per hour/day/week/month
- Monitor team compliance with standard retail operation procedures to ensure accurate KPIs tracking & reporting
- Being responsible for Stock & POSM follow up in counter manager absence
- Promote Dior desirability & growth on the point of sale
- Develop strong relationships with retailers teams & management to make Dior best in class partner for the department store
- Identify & report to counter manager relevant business opportunities on the point of sales on a daily basis (results, action plan, competitor activities & staffing monitoring)

- Passionate retail leader with management experience ideally in Beauty / Luxury
- 3-5 years of previous leadership experience with proven track record of delivering results in a competitive retail environment
- Swedish and English proficiency, any other language is a plus
- Advanced Skincare knowledge is a plus
