To strengthen the Customer Analysis Section (CAS) of the Financial Sponsor Group (FSG), we are looking for an Analyst/Corporate analyst to join the team!
FSG has the analytical responsibility for Leveraged Buyout (LBO) and Fund Finance transactions towards the PE clients of the bank. You will work in close cooperation with the wider FSG group, which consist of 30 people in Sweden and Norway. FSG has shown strong growth in recent years and will play an important role in growing the DNB/Carnegie platform in Sweden. In addition to FSG you will be part of the wider CAS analyst team in Sweden.
About the role:
As an Analyst/ Corporate Analyst you will have a portfolio of LBO and Fund Finance clients. A large part of your job will also consist of analyzing new LBO transactions together with a Senior Analyst. The role involves close cooperation with other areas of DNB including the Industry Sections, DNB/Carnegie and Legal.

- Prepare high quality credit papers for decision makers
- Business and market risk analysis
- Financial analysis including cash flow modelling
- Participate in structuring and term sheet negotiations
- Participate in client and sponsor meetings
We believe you have
- Up to 5 years professional experience from bank, consultancy/audit firm or other relevant field.
- University degree in finance/accounting, engineering or equivalent.
- High level of personal drive and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish/Norwegian
