Clearwater is expanding in Stockholm

Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 20 offices around the world. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking new talent to join our team in Stockholm. The anticipated start date is August 2026; however, an earlier or later start can be discussed depending on your availability.

Clearwater is an innovative adviser in corporate transactions with a focus on sell-side assignments. Our clients primarily consist of entrepreneurs and family-owned companies, but also large Nordic companies, private equity companies and investment companies.

Your profile

• You are finalising a relevant finance, economics or industrial economics education or have 0-2 years of working experience within corporate finance, strategy consulting or a similar role
• Exceptional analytical skills - Given that we help our clients navigate their most critical strategic decisions, our employees must possess exceptional analytical skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - We value colleagues who are dedicated, easy to work with and have a positive outlook
• Good communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
• Fluent in Swedish and English
