How you will contribute

As our Nordic team continues to grow, we are looking for curious and motivated Analysts to join our Capital Markets Accounting Advisory (CMAA) team in Stockholm. We welcome recent graduates who want to develop their skills, work as part of an international and entrepreneurial team and learn through hands-on client work across a broad range of industries.

• You will join our highly skilled Stockholm Transaction Advisory team, representing seven nationalities. As part of our integrated European team, you will also work regularly with more than 420 professionals across ten countries and over 30 nationalities.

• You will gain hands-on experience supporting companies throughout the capital markets journey, including IPO preparations, spin-offs and other complex transactions.

• You will contribute to projects across financial reporting and transaction accounting, corporate governance, risk management and internal control.

• You will also gain exposure to financial management , IT and information security, as well as sustainability reporting and governance.

• You will work closely with experienced colleagues and senior leaders, developing both your analytical skills and commercial understanding through real client situations.

• Our Transaction Advisory team works alongside operational and commercial specialists in integrated project teams, broadening your understanding of the wider transaction process.
• You will be encouraged to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in developing new client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background within Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Law with great academic results.
• Fluent business level English is essential and additional Nordic language skills including Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian are highly desirable.
• A flexible attitude and ability to prioritise tasks.
• A strong drive and a willingness to be challenged.
• An analytical mindset and an aptitude for numbers.
