The Opportunity

Join EY's Alliances & Ecosystems team - a fast moving, ambitious group elevating EY's market presence and client impact.

We're looking for a high performing talent to drive commercial growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with senior EY partners and our global tech Alliance partners. You'll contribute to major pursuits in the market and on our clients' agenda by applying sharp analytical skills, working directly with leading global tech companies, and leveraging your strategy-consulting experience. This is a key EY growth area with strong investment, momentum and ambitions, offering a platform for an energetic, ambitious professional to thrive.

You will join a team driving this growth within the Europe Central region (including the Nordics, Baltics, Central and Southern Europe) and report into our Regional Alliances & Ecosystems leader, who is based in Copenhagen, working alongside colleagues across the region and globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

Go-to-market activation
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with senior partners and Alliance teams
  • Drive commercial activities to generate leads, build pipeline and advance opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver maximum client value


Strategic pursuits
  • Move qualified leads through the EY pursuit process with compelling value propositions
  • Coach teams on best-in-class commercial and pursuit practices
  • Create strategic messaging and client materials, leveraging agentic AI for efficiency


Commercial excellence
  • Analyze market trends, leading practices and client insights and feedback to strengthen our approach in the market
  • Optimize end-to-end sales funnel execution leveraging data, AI and agentic AI to enhance our ability to execute
  • Oversee the Alliances pipeline to ensure quality, early mobilization and forecasting capabilities that promote commercial rigor and excellence


Skills and Attributes for Success

We are looking for someone who has at minimum a few years of related professional experience and is looking to accelerate their growth and make the next step in their career journey. To succeed in this role, you bring a strong foundation of relevant experience and capabilities, including:
  • 4-10 years of related experience, preferably within the Nordics or Europe Central region
  • Background in professional services (e.g. Big 4) combined with top-tier strategy/management consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain etc.)
  • Background in strategy, execution, pursuits, strategic communications, and client development from a top-tier strategy firm
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Solution-oriented with strong decision-making skills in high pressure situations
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive commercial insight from various sources

Please note that this role is not focused on IT or technology sales. It is also not a partner development role, as that capability is already well covered within the team. Instead, this role will collaborate closely with these functions within EY.

Ideally, you also bring a hands-on approach to pursuit processes while still maintaining a strong strategic mindset. You can influence and coach others effectively, drawing on your experience to guide teams toward better commercial outcomes.

You are energized by modern ways of working and feel comfortable experimenting with agentic AI and emerging technologies. You may also have experience with relevant technologies, partner ecosystems or CRM tools. Ultimately, what truly sets you apart is your ability to challenge thinking and bring bold, innovative ideas to the table.

We are currently recruiting for a single position to be based in one of our core capital offices across the Nordics or Europe Central. While the role may be advertised in multiple locations, please note that this reflects one vacancy, not multiple openings. The role is intended to be physically based in one of these locations, while leveraging EY's hybrid ways of working.
