Your role & influence as AI Engineer

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for designing and building agentic AI solutions that automate and optimize core business processes by defining agent behavior, orchestration logic, and end-to-end workflow execution.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering AI-driven automation that solves real operational challenges and creates measurable business value. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the business stakeholders to ensure solutions are relevant, effective, and impactful .

Core activities:

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions using Python and the Microsoft Agentic Framework to solve real business problems.
  
• Translate business processes and pain points into functional AI agents, workflows, and automation logic.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, refine requirements, and ensure delivered AI systems create measurable impact.
  
• Ensure all solutions adhere to AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act requirements, aligned with AI Central of Excellence standards

This is what we imagine you bring

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who enjoys solving real business problems by turning them into practical, production-ready AI solutions that create measurable impact.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
  
• You have at least 3+ years or equivalent experience in software engineering, ideally in environments involving cloud-based or AI-driven solutions
  
• Experience with software engineering in production environments, preferably involving cloud platforms (Azure is a plus) and close collaboration with business stakeholders
  
• Technical skills in Python, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and building AI or agent-based systems, with the ability to design workflows, automation logic, and production-ready applications
  
• You have a good understanding of CI/CD principles, Git-based workflows, and production deployment practices, with experience working in environments where these are managed by dedicated platform or infrastructure teams.
