Role Purpose:
To maintain and maximise business opportunities with customers to ensure business growth in line with our Annual Operating Plan & budget.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience of project sales with long-term selling cycles in B2B
Experience of selling flooring solutions, preferably with some experience of resilient products within a specification role
Some knowledge of the construction market is a plus
Technical knowledge of flooring is preferable
Strong drive to be proactive and close deals
Analytical skills and familiar with interpreting facts & figures
Swedish speaking with good written and verbal English
Team player
Driving licence
Entrepreneurial profile: High motivation, dynamic and autonomy to develop own business on territory
A natural networker, at ease with building relationships at all levels, and identifying the decision makers
A person able to grow the existing customers and conquer new customers

Role Purpose:
To maintain and maximise business opportunities with customers to ensure business growth in line with our Annual Operating Plan & budget.
- Continue to develop and manage the commercial business in the assigned business district (Uppland, Västmanland, Närke och Södermanland) developing business with A&D, contractors and wholesalers with a main focus on our resilient flooring product range.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, in order to provide support and develop awareness of the benefits and uniqueness of Interface's products (rubber, LVT & carpet tile), services, and identify the decision makers.
- Develop and implement plans and actions for identifying or reactivating customers and setting up new accounts
- Understand customer requirements for sustainability in order to spot opportunities for our product portfolio.
- Identify and monitor all sales opportunities in our CRM system so that they may be converted into sales, to maintain and improve market share.
- Collaborate with sales and functional colleagues on projects to ensure Interface is in the best position to win business.
- Attend Trade shows and exhibitions regionally and nationally
