Why we need this role

Are you a high-performing, hunter-led sales professional with a passion for winning new enterprise business? Do you thrive in building new logo pipelines while also unlocking value in underdeveloped accounts?

Colt is hiring an Account Executive covering the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway), based from our Stockholm office. This role is focused on driving new business acquisition (60-70%) alongside targeted account development (30-40%), making it ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys both hunting and strategic account growth.

What you will do

  • Drive new logo acquisition across large and mid-market enterprises in the Nordic region, targeting multiple verticals
  • Build and execute a strong hunting strategy, identifying, engaging, and converting new opportunities into bookings (ARR)
  • Develop and grow dormant or underpenetrated accounts, reactivating relationships and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Lead full sales cycles from prospecting through to closing complex enterprise deals
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across target accounts
  • Deliver upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and upgrades across Colt's portfolio
  • Leverage Colt's solutions portfolio including:
    • Connectivity (WAN, Ethernet, IP)
    • Cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • SD-WAN / SASE / security overlays
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution


What we're looking for

  • 5-10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new business (hunter profile)
  • Proven track record of:
    • Winning new logos in large and mid-market enterprises
    • Developing pipeline and closing complex deals
    • Managing and expanding dormant or underperforming accounts
  • Strong experience in one or more of:
    • Network/connectivity solutions (WAN, Ethernet, IP)
    • Cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • SD-WAN, SASE, and security overlay solutions
  • Background in industries such as:
    • Telco / Digital Infrastructure
    • Software / SaaS
    • Cloud & Security
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple Nordic markets
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability, drive, and resilience
