  • Ensure strong requirements traceability, supporting development teams in requirement interpretation and identifying gaps or risks
  • Drive and support test automation and integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines, with an emphasis on efficient regression handling
  • Lead analysis and resolution of defects, risks, and deviations, including root-cause investigations and go/no-go recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards, including coordination of safety-related testing
  • Communicate test status, quality metrics, and risk assessments clearly to program management and stakeholders
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process and methodology improvements within testing and validation

  • Hands-on knowledge of test methodologies and automation, for example SIL/HIL, rig testing, system and integration testing, scripting with Python or Robot Framework
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and automotive cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434)
