Role SummaryDo you want to help shape the future of sustainable transport through advanced simulation and analysis?
We are now looking for two Group Managers within Simulation & Analysis in Bus Development - one focusing on Strength Analysis and one on Dynamic Analysis. In this role, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and play a key role in ensuring high performance and robustness of our bus products through cutting-edge simulation methods. You will also be an active member of the section management team, contributing to both strategic and operational development.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a highly skilled and engaged team
- Secure the right competence, capacity, and delivery capability over time
- Translate strategic objectives into daily work and ensure execution together with the team
- Drive development within simulation, AI, automation, and next-generation analysis methods
- Collaborate broadly across R&D, including design, testing, and external partners

You are a collaborative and curious leader who enjoys developing both people and technology.
You have leadership experience and a background in product development, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment. A technical background within simulation or analysis is considered meriting. You create an inclusive atmosphere where people feel trusted, take ownership, and are encouraged to grow.

Our section is responsible for vehicle attributes, simulation, and testing within bus platform development.
We work at the forefront of simulation-driven development, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced methods to increase speed, quality, and insight. As a Shared Service within Bus Development, we support multiple teams across the organization, giving us a broad impact across the full product development landscape. Collaboration, learning, and joint leadership are key elements of how we work.
