Our team – assessing market value
Property Valuation SE is a part of the Property Valuation Nordics. The Swedish team consists of 13 employees, located in Stockholm and Linköping in Sweden as well as in Vilnius Lithuania. The team's main responsibilities are to perform valuations of commercial properties, residential properties, and forest and agriculture properties. These valuations are expected to form the basis for the credit decisions made in the relevant lending process.
The members of the team are of varying age, but is characterized by being motivated, focused on meeting deliveries with a focus on quality and efficiency, and maintaining teamwork.
Additionally, the team provide expert advice on real estate matters, ensuring all valuations at Danske Bank are meticulously conducted and monitored. The team works analytically and collaboratively with the advisors to contribute to the customer experience by providing quality valuations in a timely manner.
Your role – support the team in meeting deliveries
As a Team Leader your main role is to lead a hybrid team of professionals, who independently prepare new valuations and re-valuations of real estate collaterals. As the team is located at three different locations you will have to do some traveling.
You support the team in meeting deliveries and making the right priorities, interacting with stakeholders of the organization to facilitate alignment around deliveries as well as requirements for the Property Valuation. Furthermore, you inspire and support the team to realize their potential and grow their skills.

To enjoy this role, you like to work in an organized and systematic way, but you also know when you need to be flexible. You drive the performance of the team based on data and is a strong executor, when realizing different initiatives.
We are seeking someone who thrive when representing the team in the organization and building relations with stakeholders. In addition, you possess the ability to deep dive into both regulatory requirements, internal processes and digital models used for valuation.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Experience from working with the property valuation or experience from loans or credit processes.
  • A good understanding of the credit risk or transactions as well as understanding of the business.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Spoken and written skills, in Swedish as well as English.
